Our work

We shape lasting change.

Our work connects policy, finance, community action and public accountability to accelerate a just, inclusive and resilient energy transition.

Our priorities

Four connected areas of change

Each workstream reinforces the others and turns commitments into practical results.

Energy access

⚡

Renewable energy and productive use

Supporting affordable and reliable clean energy that improves livelihoods, public services and local economies.

Justice

◎

People-centred energy transition

Ensuring women, young people and affected communities shape decisions and share in the benefits.

Finance

Climate and energy finance

Advocating for accessible, adequate and fair finance for adaptation and decentralised clean energy.

Governance

✓

Policy, advocacy and accountability

Producing evidence, influencing policy and strengthening civil society oversight of commitments.

Our method

A clear route from local evidence to continental influence

1. Listen

Work with communities and national partners to identify priorities and barriers.

2. Build evidence

Develop research, policy analysis and practical recommendations.

3. Mobilise

Convene coalitions, campaigns, media and decision-makers around shared goals.

4. Influence

Shape policy, finance and implementation while tracking accountability.
